Maintenance Release 2024.06

By TherapyNotes, LLC on June 5, 2024

As with all maintenance releases, TherapyNotes® 2024.06 includes numerous system-wide improvements, including bug fixes, performance enhancements, and usability adjustments. TherapyNotes® 2024.06 also includes additional new features that will be announced and enabled shortly. Below are some noteworthy improvements in today’s release.

Group Progress Note

The title for group therapy progress notes is now "Group Progress Note" to accurately reflect the service type and differentiate them from individual progress notes.

ERA Payer Enrollment Alert

ERAs received from Change Healthcare will now display a warning, so it's clear it didn't come from the new clearinghouse, CLAIM.MD. We are still receiving some older ERAs from Change Healthcare.

Reduced Popups During Telehealth Calls

We’ve reduced the number of popups while clinicians were connected via telehealth call. Previously, when another user joined a call, a popup displayed, and we have moved those to the bottom of the screen to reduce the disruption.

Increased Messaging Banner Max Length

The character limit for the message to display at the top of your clients' messaging inbox has been increased from 200 to 1000 to allow for longer messages or translations into other languages.

Client Insurance Form Improvements

The Client Insurance Form has been improved to allow for a better user experience when completing the form and viewing the completed form. The completed views of the form are now more concise, with the insurance card front and back images displaying side by side, and fields that do not contain a value will not display.

Religious Affiliation Updates

The Religious Affiliation list on the patient’s Info tab and the Client Information form have been updated from a pulldown list to an auto-complete field so it’s easier to select the correct value. We’ve also added None as an option, changed Non-Roman Catholic to Catholic, and alphabetized these values accordingly.
