This release also includes additional features that will be announced and enabled in the coming weeks. Here are some noteworthy updates available this week. #### Updated Default for Current Mental Status When completing notes that include the Current Mental Status element, clinicians can select "All Normal" to quickly populate the assessment fields with their default values. With this release, selecting All Normal will now set Functional Status to "Mildly Impaired" rather than "Normal". ![Selecting All Normal in notes that include the Current Mental Status element will now set Functional Status to "Mildly Impaired".](https://blog.therapynotes.com/hs-fs/hubfs/currentmentalstatus-08.png?width=1410&height=328&name=currentmentalstatus-08.png) This update better reflects the current status of a person in active treatment by considering the full picture of their functioning, even when other areas of their mental status are within normal limits. Clinicians can still adjust the Functional Status value as needed to accurately reflect the client’s presentation. #### Expanded Library Management for Clinical Administrators Clinical Administrators can now edit form contents for built-in Portal Forms and applicable Library Files, as well as manage the Sharing on Portal setting. These expanded permissions align with the access Clinical Administrators already have for custom Portal Forms and Outcome Measures, creating a more consistent experience for managing patient-facing content across the Library. This update gives Clinical Administrators greater control over the forms and resources shared with patients through TherapyPortal™. ![Clinical Admins can now manage the Sharing on Portal setting and edit form contents for built-in Portal Forms. ](https://blog.therapynotes.com/hs-fs/hubfs/clinadmin-portalforms-07.png?width=1122&height=420&name=clinadmin-portalforms-07.png) #### Link Clinician Profiles to Practice Profiles in TherapySearch™ We’re making it easier for practices to showcase their full care team on TherapySearch™. Beginning tomorrow, Practice Administrators will be able to invite clinicians to link their Clinician Profiles to the practice’s Practice Profile, giving prospective clients one convenient place to explore the providers associated with your practice and find the right fit for their needs. From the new Clinicians tab of the Practice Profile, Practice Administrators can invite clinicians to link their profiles, manage existing invitations and linked clinicians, and view each clinician’s current status as Linked, Invited, or Not Yet Published. Administrators can also choose to automatically link eligible clinicians in their TherapyNotes® practice going forward.
