New Features: Modifier Codes, Aging Reports, and More!

Modifier codes are now supported on claims. Enter modifier codes on the billing tab of the corresponding appointments.
Aging reports for insurance provider and patient balances now available from Billing page.
User names are now remembered on login pages.
Schedulers can now delete a patient if that patient has no signed notes or billing activity.
It's now easier for users to enter a new password when logging on for the first time.
Various browser-specific fixes and other minor tweaks were implemented.
