Writing progress is now faster than ever! Enter the treatment approach and a brief session summary, and complete various note fields such as risk assessment and interventions. Leave the heavy lifting to TherapyFuel, which will draft the subjective, objective, assessment, and plan (SOAP) fields for you! Once the note has been generated, you can review and make any necessary edits to ensure accuracy before finalizing the note with your signature. 

Coming Soon: AI-Powered Transcription for Progress Notes

Writing progress notes will be even easier with TherapyFuel Scribe! TherapyFuel Scribe automatically generates notes for in-person and telehealth sessions using ambient listening – no session summary is required. TherapyFuel Scribe is currently in beta and will be released shortly. 

Generate Contact Notes from Secure Messaging

Keeping thorough records of client interactions is critical, but manually documenting every exchange can be time-consuming. TherapyFuel can generate Contact Notes for you directly from secure message conversations - summarizing interactions instantly for appropriate record-keeping. Simply navigate to a message thread and click "Generate Contact Note." TherapyFuel will summarize the conversation, allowing you to review and finalize the note before saving.

Summarize Client History Forms

The Client History Summary feature has graduated from beta and is now part of the TherapyFuel package. These AI-generated summaries appear at the top of the Client History Form and while writing Intake Notes, making it easier than ever to reference important details.

Consent for Use of Artificial Intelligence Form

With the addition of TherapyFuel to the TherapyNotes platform, we’ve also added a Consent for Use of Artificial Intelligence form to your TherapyPortal library. This customizable form ensures transparency and compliance when using AI-assisted tools.

Pricing & Promotional Uses

TherapyFuel can be enabled for $40 per clinician per month, and you choose which clinicians subscribe. If at least one clinician in your practice is enrolled, everyone in your practice automatically gets access to Generate Client History Summaries and Generate Contact Notes for free.

Not Ready for AI? Create Contact Notes from Secure Messages

If you’re not quite ready to use TherapyFuel, you can still use the non-artificial intelligence workflow. This feature lets you create a Contact Note directly from the Secure Message thread, populating pertinent contact and communication method information for you. The original message thread is available for reference while you write your own summary of the conversation and after you save your note, but it will not be included in the note itself.
