December 2025 Pricing Update

TherapyNotes has new pricing going into effect with your next billing cycle after December 1, 2025.

New Subscription Pricing

The Solo Practice rate is increasing to $69/month, and group/enterprise practices are increasing to $79 for the first clinician, plus $50 for each additional.

Pricing for all other optional features will remain unchanged, such as TherapyFuel, appointment reminders, ePrescribe, and electronic claims.
