What's New: CRAFFT+N Questionnaire (Version 2.1)

The CRAFFT+N Questionnaire (Version 2.1) is a screening tool designed to identify substance use and related risks among youth ages 13-21. This version includes additional questions about tobacco and nicotine use.

All outcome measures can be completed in English or Spanish and results will be available in the client's chart to review, print, or download.
