What’s New: Missed Appointment Note Enhancements & Telehealth Issue Resolution

Missed Appointment Note Enhancements

We’ve made several updates to Missed Appointment Notes to make them clearer and better organized. Here are a few highlights:

  • Cancellation fees will no longer appear in the body of the note when viewing, printing, or exporting to PDF. Instead, an informational banner will display if a fee is being charged. If no banner appears, no fee was applied.
  • The Clinician header will only appear when a scheduler writes the note. If the clinician listed on the appointment writes it, the header will not appear to avoid duplicate information and keep the note cleaner.
  • TherapyFuel Dictation is now available in Missed Appointment Notes for faster, hands-free documentation. To learn more about Dictation, visit our most recent blog post.

These enhancements make Missed Appointment Notes easier to read and review. This update is rolling out gradually across practices and will be available to everyone soon.

Telehealth Video Stability Fix

We’ve resolved an issue that caused cameras to turn off unexpectedly during telehealth sessions. Now, a participant’s video will only turn off when their internet connection is too weak to support video at all. In those rare cases, a user may briefly lose visibility of another participant’s video, but it will automatically resume as soon as the user’s connection improves.
