To kick off 2026, we’re bringing you updates designed to help your practice save time and simplify everyday workflows. Today’s release includes a new way to share documents with all patients and a refreshed Staff To-Do experience.
We’ve added a powerful new option that makes it easier than ever to share important forms and documents with your patients. You can now send one or more documents, forms, or outcome measures to all active patients with a TherapyPortalTM account in a single action. With this enhancement, sharing an updated Consent for Services or requesting new Client Insurance Forms at the start of the year can be done in seconds.
To get started with a bulk request, open any document or outcome measure from your Library and select Share on Portal. In the Patient field, choose All Active Patients with Portal Accounts. You can include one or more documents, forms, or outcome measures within a single request. After confirming your selections, each request will be queued and sent automatically behind-the-scenes. You can monitor progress at any time from the Document Requests page.

A few additional notes:
If a patient has already been sent a request for a specific form or document and has not yet completed it, the system will not resend it.
When sending the Release of Information (ROI) form, the request will automatically go to all active contacts who have previously signed an ROI. Individual contacts cannot be selected for ROI distribution through this request method.
We’ve refreshed your Staff To-Do page to match the look and feel of the main To-Do Summary page, now giving all To-Do views a consistent experience across the site. This update makes it easier to review tasks in a familiar, streamlined format no matter which To-Do page you're using.
