We’re introducing a series of updates that make TherapyNotes® smarter and more flexible: Closed Captioning for Premium Telehealth sessions, Dictation in notes for TherapyFuel clinicians, and Custom Progress Notes now available to all practices.
Closed Captions in Telehealth Sessions
We’re pleased to announce Closed Captioning capabilities within telehealth calls, now available for all users with Premium Telehealth or TherapyFuel. This feature enhances accessibility and engagement by providing real-time captions in both English and Spanish, helping ensure smoother communication and a more inclusive experience for both providers and patients. When joining a telehealth call, all participants will see the option to enable captions before entering the session, and captions can be toggled on or off at any time from the telehealth settings menu.

Dictation for TherapyFuel Clinicians
We’re excited to introduce Dictation, a powerful new addition to the AI-powered TherapyFuel toolset. Built on HIPAA-compliant, clinical language models, our Dictation solution delivers exceptional accuracy and fluency, making it faster, easier, and more natural to document your work.
Available exclusively to clinician users with TherapyFuel enabled, Dictation lets you speak your notes directly in TherapyNotes, securely capturing your thoughts in real time. Whether you’re writing a progress note, updating a treatment plan, or summarizing your session for TherapyFuel note generation, Dictation helps you save time, reduce typing fatigue, and streamline your workflow across all note types.
