We are very excited about today's TherapyNotes release! Many improvements were made across the board, but especially for scheduling. Here are the important changes. Enjoy!

Scheduling

  • Added the ability to specify end dates for recurring appointments
  • Day and Week calendar views use an improved layout for overlapping appointments
  • More details about Scheduled Events in popup tooltips
  • The calendar Day view now displays practice-wide events together with clinician schedules instead of using a separate column

Notes

  • New pulldown options for the objective progress on Psychotherapy Progress Notes
  • History button shows previous data across all note types (intake, progress, etc.) for equivalent fields. (mostly affects psychiatrists)
  • Group session notes now default title to "Group Therapy Progress Note" and Session Participants to "Client and Group Participants"
  • Allows users with appropriate access to delete Missed Appointment Notes

Billing

  • Missed appointment fees are now assigned to the clinician, improving the revenue report accordingly
