Earlier this year, our credit card processing vendor, First Data, acquired the payments technology company CardConnect. As a part of this acquisition, First Data has adopted CardConnect's payment processing platform, CardPointe, for users to manage credit card payments and access reports.
TherapyNotes merchant services users will now receive CardConnect-branded statements and instructions to register for CardPointe. Merchant services users can access their virtual terminal at cardpointe.com.
