As a part of this acquisition, First Data has adopted CardConnect's payment processing platform, CardPointe, for users to manage credit card payments and access reports. TherapyNotes merchant services users will now receive CardConnect-branded statements and instructions to register for CardPointe. Merchant services users can access their virtual terminal at [cardpointe.com](https://www.cardpointe.com/). If you have any questions about this process, please do not hesitate to contact the TherapyNotes Customer Success team at (215) 658-4550 or reach out to CardConnect's Merchant Solutions team at (877) 828-0720.
