This weekend, we migrated to a new database platform, a project intended to greatly improve the scalability and performance of TherapyNotes™. This project involved several months of preparation as we updated our software, built the necessary server infrastructure, and carefully crafted our action plan to ensure a seamless migration. We are pleased to report that the migration went smoothly, and we are very excited about this significant upgrade.

Beginning at 11PM EST on Friday, December 14, our IT team took TherapyNotes™ offline in order to begin the migration. During this time, we securely migrated all TherapyNotes™ data from our previous database platform to our new platform, one that can better maintain (and even improve) the performance of our software as our customer base grows. The migration concluded in the morning on Saturday, December 15, at which point our development and QA teams got to work rigorously testing our software to ensure that there were no problems following the migration. We brought TherapyNotes™ back online Saturday evening.

If you encounter any difficulties, be sure to check the status page to see if they are known issues. If you encounter any issue that isn't mentioned, please report it to us immediately. Our team is available by phone and email from 9AM to 9PM, Monday through Friday.
