What's New 5.14: Scheduling Enhancements and more!

Scheduling

The practice location dropdown field in the appointment dialog has been improved, better organizing the location options. For example, Patient Residence is now less prominent when not needed, and an option for adding a clinician's work schedule is now available from the dropdown if the selected clinician has not set up a schedule.

To make it easier to see when clinicians are working, if an all-day “Vacation or Blackout Period” event is scheduled, the entire day will have a grey background. The background will also be grey if no clinicians are scheduled to work during that period.

For telehealth appointments, the appointment details label has been shortened to "Telehealth".

Payment Processing

Managing saved credit cards is now made easier with a warning message indicating if the card on file was declined on its last use.

To-Do List Items

The To-Do List item for processing the Client Insurance Forms will now only display for users with the Practice Biller and Biller for Assigned Patients Only roles, to match the user role permissions.
