What’s New: Y-BOCS-II Outcome Measure

By TherapyNotes, LLC on February 3, 2026

Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale II (Y-BOCS-II) Outcome Measure

The Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale II (Y-BOCS-II) has been added to the TherapyNotes Outcome Measure Library alongside existing OCD-focused measures such as the OCI-R. The Y-BOCS-II is a clinician-administered assessment designed to track treatment progress in adults with more varied, severe, or complex OCD symptoms. Like other outcome measures in TherapyNotes, the Y-BOCS-II is automatically scored for you. To get started using the measure, select Administer Now from the Library view or launch it directly from the outcome measure list in your patient’s Documents tab.
