What's New: Interventions Settings Page and Expanded Spanish TherapyPortal Support

Expanded Spanish Support in TherapyPortal™

We’re excited to announce that we have greatly expanded Spanish support in TherapyPortal! Newly translated pages now include Scheduling features (such as requesting appointments) and Billing features (such as making payments and downloading receipts). These updates help ensure your Spanish-speaking clients can navigate the portal with confidence and stay engaged in their care. The only areas not yet translated are Secure Messaging and Portal Forms (with Outcome Measures already available in Spanish).

Interventions Settings Page

We’ve introduced a new Interventions Settings page to help you easily manage your personalized interventions, available on Treatment Plans and Progress Notes! From this page, you can set default values for modality, frequency, and estimated completion. Best of all, when you select that intervention in a future note, your saved defaults will prepopulate automatically, saving you time and keeping your documentation consistent.

Any new interventions you add while writing your notes can be saved directly to your Interventions Settings. Simply select the “Add this new intervention” checkbox beneath the entry, then sign or save your note. The intervention will be stored for future use. Afterward, you can visit your Interventions Settings to adjust its default values if needed.

Retired Top (Classic) Navigation

As of today, the classic top navigation has officially been retired. All users now have access to the streamlined left sidebar, designed to make navigating your account simpler and faster.
