Working With Gender and Sexually Expansive Clients: CE Course With Dr. Traci Lowenthal

We're pleased to announce our second CE course: Working With Gender and Sexually Expansive Clients, developed in collaboration with noted ally and provider Dr. Traci Lowenthal. This course focuses on the key components of working with the diverse individuals in LGBTQIA+ communities and serves as a first step in developing cultural awareness of these communities.

In this course, you will:

• Learn the basics of LGBTQIA+ language and terminology
• Explore a brief history of the experiences of individuals in LGBTQIA+ communities
• Understand some of the mental health presentations related to these communities
• Learn how to create an affirming office environment

We're excited to offer this course with Dr. Lowenthal completely free. You'll earn 1 CE hour (for either NBCC credit or APA credit) upon successful completion of the course, including an exam.
