Maintenance Release 2025.04

As with all maintenance releases, TherapyNotes® 2025.04 includes numerous system-wide improvements, including bug fixes, performance enhancements, and usability adjustments. This release also introduces new features that will be announced and enabled over the next few weeks. In the meantime, here are some noteworthy updates available now.

Additional Outcome Measures in Insights

We’ve expanded the patient’s Insights tab to include dynamic charts for even more Outcome Measures—now featuring the ChOCI-R-P, ECR-R, and VADRS. These new visualizations, in addition to those already supported, give clinicians an at-a-glance view of scoring trends over time, making it easier to monitor progress, spot patterns, and support informed clinical decisions.

TherapyFuel Scribe Status Enhancements

We’ve added two new statuses to TherapyFuel Scribe to make it easier to understand when a transcript is available while generating a Progress Note:

• “Session is still in progress. Transcript not yet available.” - This message, previously shown only for Telehealth sessions, will now appear for any TherapyFuel Scribe session that’s still ongoing and does not yet have a transcript ready.
• “Rendering in progress. Transcript not yet available.” - This new status appears once the session has ended, but the transcript is still being processed and isn’t yet ready for use in generating your note.

Search Billing Transactions Improvements

We’ve upgraded our billing transaction search to make finding secondary claims faster and easier! You can now filter by a new Pending Submission status to view both primary and secondary claims that are still awaiting submission. Plus, additional filter options let you narrow results by submission method—electronic, paper, or external—for both primary and secondary claims. These enhancements give you more control and clarity when managing claims.
