Made the payment entry screen easier to use
Added payer search page to quickly look up Payer IDs
Don't show patient nicknames on patient statements
Added a link to customize service codes to calendar entry dialog for users with permission to do so
Patients with Termination Notes are no longer considered inactive if they have future appointments
Now allow deletion of patients with only Missed Appointment Notes or Process Notes
