We’ve rolled out two powerful new TherapyFuel features to help you work faster, document smarter, and keep your practice running smoothly. From personalized note creation to faster, more accurate insurance entry, these updates are designed with busy behavioral health professionals in mind—and there’s more to come. Stay tuned as TherapyFuel continues to grow with your needs!
Customize Clinical Voice
We're excited to introduce the new TherapyFuel User Settings tab on the staff profile! Clinicians with access to TherapyFuel can now customize how AI-generated clinical notes are created, tailoring them to reflect your unique voice, preferences, and documentation style.
Personalize settings for note length, formality, tone, and more! Plus, configure how you refer to yourself (e.g., “I” vs. “the therapist”) and your clients (e.g., “client” vs. “patient”). These flexible options help ensure your notes stay consistent, authentic, and aligned with your clinical approach.
To take advantage of Clinical Voice Settings, you must be subscribed to TherapyFuel. Practice Administrators can manage subscriptions from the TherapyFuel settings page.
Populate Insurance Policies
Entering insurance details is now faster and more accurate with TherapyFuel! Billers can simply upload, drag and drop, or snap a photo of a patient’s insurance card, and TherapyFuel will read the image to populate key policy information directly into the patient’s Billing Settings. You'll have a chance to review the information and complete any additional fields not included on the card before saving. At this time, insurance cards uploaded by patients through TherapyPortal aren’t supported, but this capability is in the works and coming soon.
To get access to this functionality for your entire practice, ensure at least one clinician is enrolled in TherapyFuel. Streamline your billing workflows today!
