Solo Plans: $59 per month

Group and Enterprise Plans: $69 for the first clinician, plus $40 for each additional clinician

Legacy Intern Accounts: $30 per month

Premium Telehealth: Reduced to $15 per month, per clinician

Why the Change?
We understand that any price increase can be concerning, and we want to explain the reasons behind this decision. Since our founding in 2010, TherapyNotes has never raised rates, while continuously adding valuable features and enhancements to our platform. However, over the past 14 years, inflation and the rising costs associated with maintaining and improving our services have necessitated this adjustment. We aim to continue to provide the highest quality service and support you can rely on.

Even with this price correction, TherapyNotes remains one of the most cost-effective practice management solutions. We're proud to offer unparalleled 24/7 live phone support, ensuring you can access immediate assistance whenever needed. This level of support is a crucial differentiator between TherapyNotes and any of our competitors.
Review Your Account
To avoid unnecessary charges, we strongly recommend reviewing your practice for any user accounts no longer in use that can be made inactive. Last December, we added support for clinicians to configure multiple licenses on their account, eliminating the need for a user account per license.
