TherapyNotes EDI allows our customers to electronically submit claims to insurance providers in just moments. No more CMS forms or superbills, no more stamps, and no more wasted time re-entering data into a separate system. TherapyNotes EDI is completely integrated into TherapyNotes — so you don't need a separate clearinghouse contract or billing software. Once a note is done, simply go to the Billing page to submit claims. All of the information needed comes right from your notes, practice settings, and patient settings. You just click a button! Claims can be sent whether you are in-network or out-of-network with an insurance provider.

We are happy to announce that our pricing for TherapyNotes EDI will be 19 cents per claim, with no minimums. However, claims will be completely free until 9/1/12! We will also be implementing an enrollment fee for the occasional insurance providers that require an enrollment process, but you can avoid those fees by enrolling before 9/1/12. TherapyNotes EDI is now enabled by default for all new customers, and anyone can easily go to the Practice Billing Settings page to enable EDI.

Today's release also contains various small tweaks to improve the overall polish of TherapyNotes, and as always there's more to come!
