Multi-Location Support is Here!

TherapyNotes now supports practices with multiple locations! This feature affects all areas of the system. There is now a location selection when creating a new appointment. A new option to view calendars for a particular location is now available. Most importantly, the billing features now utilize the settings for the location when generating claims (electronic or paper). Each location can have a unique address, place of service code, NPI, and tax id. If you see patient's at their home, you also benefit from this feature, due to the alternate place of service code required. Enable this feature and configure your locations in the Multiple Practice Locations settings page.
