Dissociative Experience Scale II (DES II)

We are happy to announce the release of the Dissociative Experiences Scale II (DES II). It is a widely-used self-assessment that measures the presence and frequency of symptoms of dissociation in adult clients. Like all outcome measures in our library, the DES II can be completed via the client portal in English or Spanish and will be available to review in the client's chart and print or download as a PDF.
