We're very excited to announce the arrival of the customizable Release of Information (ROI) portal form!
Release of Information Form
Practice Admins can now enable the Release of Information in the practice Library under Portal Forms.
Form Customization
The ROI can be customized to meet requirements set forth by your state or other governing or credentialing entities.
Sharing the ROI to the Client's Portal
A Release of Information (ROI) can be sent to the patient for one or more of their contacts, to be completed on the portal.
Completing the ROI in TherapyPortal
The patient or patient’s representative will be able to complete, e-sign, and submit the ROI from within their client portal.
Viewing ROI Progress
The progress of the client's ROI will be shown with the Document Requests.
