What's New 5.20: Maintenance and New Features

By TherapyNotes, LLC on December 14, 2023

As with all maintenance releases, TherapyNotes 5.20 includes numerous system-wide improvements including bug fixes, performance enhancements, and usability adjustments. This release includes additional exciting features that will be announced and enabled before the end of the year. Here are a couple of changes that are available now.

Additional Provider IDs

To provide consistency and match what some payers allow, we now support commas in the Additional Provider ID field. Now you can include additional ids on claims as needed so they do not get rejected, such as an additional Medicare ID or Provider Legacy Number.

Health Information Exchange Updates

The following payers are now eligible to participate in the North Carolina HealthConnex data exchange:

  • UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of CA, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, KY, LA, MA, MD, NC, NM, OH, OK, PA, R I, VA, WA (87726)

  • WellCare Health Plans (14163)
