Design Updates
All the buttons on the TherapyNotes have been given a flatter, cleaner, more modern look. Button colors were chosen carefully depending on context. Also, TherapyNotes now looks crystal clear on high resolution displays such as Apple’s Retina displays found on newer iPads and some Mac computers. If you have a retina display but don’t see the retina images, you may need to flush your browser’s cache.
TherapyPortal Update
The web site TherapyPortal.com has now replaced ClientWelcome.com for appointment reminders. Email reminders to your patients will now come from this address. This is the next step in the pending launch of the upcoming patient portal. The new portal is actually now functional and hidden in this release of TherapyNotes, which means that we will be able to start beta testing TherapyPortal.com with actual patients. We will open up TherapyPortal for public beta testing in the near future to practices who are interested. The first version of TherapyPortal.com will allow your patients to view your availability and request appointments. Of course this is an optional feature, and there are various settings to allow you to customize how the portal works. There will be no charge for this feature. We will launch the portal to all customers in just a few weeks.
