Enhanced TherapyNotes Experience

This release contains lots of 'under-the-hood' revisions to keep the site running smoothly and to help us provide faster and more effective customer support. In addition, we have made a few improvements:

• Notify users who are creating a new note but have already started a similar draft, in case they just wanted to complete the draft instead.
• Improved experience on iPad with better dialog positioning, keyboard auto-correction control, and some iOS fixes to the sign-up process.
• Provide help to users who are trying to log in but cannot because they have cookies disabled.
• Advanced login security for users who are accessing the website over an unprotected public network.
