As with all maintenance releases, TherapyNotes® 2024.03 includes numerous system-wide improvements including bug fixes, performance enhancements, and usability adjustments. TherapyNotes® 2024.03 also includes additional new features that will be announced and enabled shortly. Below are some note-worthy improvements with today’s release.
Secure Messaging Updates
A number of small improvements were made to Secure Messaging. We've updated message thread headers, so now you can more easily view the recipient and message topic at a glance. Also, we've made some small adjustments so it's easier to navigate Secure Messaging on mobile devices. Additionally, we've removed the practice’s address from the bottom of email notifications sent when a client receives a new message.
ROI Required Fields for Patients
The Release of Information form has been enhanced to provide meaningful messages when a patient tries to submit the form but has failed to provide all required information.
Receipt Previews
Clients are now able to preview receipts in TherapyPortal™, without having to download them first.
New Supervision Billing Selection
We've made improvements to the billing dropdown for supervision by introducing a new selection: "Include supervisor on claims (Clinician as rendering provider)." When selected, this ensures that both the rendering clinician’s and the user’s supervisor’s credentials are displayed on insurance claims.
New eRx EHI Report
Practice Administrators can now request a new EHI Report on the Request eRx Reports page, which includes prescription history for each patient assigned to ePrescribe providers within their practice. Optionally, you can provide a specific timeframe, clinician, patient and prescription status to narrow the results included. As with the other reports on this page, submitting the form will generate an email to TherapyNotes Support to fulfill your request.
