Scheduling

  • Blackout dates were overhauled to work just like creating a scheduled event
  • The calendar now supports all-day and multi-day scheduled events
  • Appointment reminders by SMS and phone are now sent about 24 hours before the appointment, between reasonable times

Billing

  • Added ability to create a patient refund
  • Added links to patient payments from appointment billing tab
  • Allow entering $0 insurance payment for entering write-offs
  • Allow insurance submission of items where insurance owes $0
  • Prevent entering a patient payment for more than what is due
  • Taxonomy code support for groups
  • Ability to assign misc charges to a clinician for revenue reports
  • Superbills show units

Misc

  • Link to email the patient added on the patient information tab
  • Added practice time zone: UTC +9:30 (Australia) in practice settings
  • Identification field on intake note shows calculated age
