TherapyNotes Billing Features are Now Available

TherapyNotes Billing BETA

Generate CMS forms and bills, track payments, and more! These beta features are now available to all of our customers. Please let us know if you have any questions or feedback about the billing features.

Notes Enhancements

• Psychological Evaluation notes now include 5-axis diagnosis fields which tie into billing features.
• Changing GAF code description no longer triggers a reminder to update the Treatment Plan or contact PCP.
• The calculated end time of an appointment is now displayed in note headers.
• Improved the way that PDF documents are downloaded to make the process more user-friendly.

Additional Enhancements

• Billers can now edit a practice’s service code settings without requiring administrator access.
• For practices that use account numbers for patients, these will now display in the patient list.
• Numerous scheduling enhancements with many more to come soon!
