Scheduling Enhancements

• Practices with multiple locations can now indicate work locations in clinician work schedules
  • Viewing the calendar by location will now show clinician start/stop times for that location only
  • This is used to default the location for an appointment to match that location
  • Warns user if scheduling a clinician at the wrong location based on work schedule
  • Clinician start/stop indicator shows the location in tooltip (point your arrow where it says the clinician starts/stops)
• Now shows the patient's preferred phone number in appointment tooltips (except groups)
• Show patient middle names and nicknames on the calendar day and week views
• When creating an appointment by clicking in the day view, appointment defaults to the clinician whose column was clicked
• We no longer allow the note date to be different from the appointment date; If needed change the appointment before doing the note
• When editing note dates, shows the calculated end time based on the duration entered

Additional Tweaks and Bug Fixes

• Added payer and clearinghouse claim ID numbers to the claim activity log to assist when calling payers
• After logging out, return users to the log in page instead of the home page
• Fix non-admin clinicians unable to assign other clinicians to their assigned patients
• Fixed issue interfering with iPad voice dictation
• Correct a very rare condition under which the calendar could freeze
