Billing Enhancements

  • Patient Statement now shows the date generated in the header.
  • Post ERA Payment interface now includes the patient payment amount and patient balance.
  • EDI Claim History now offers quick search links.
  • Insurance payments for $0 can now be saved with transaction ID and date.
  • Patient Aging Report enhanced to include patient's full name.
  • A warning will be displayed when editing a billable item over 250 days old, instead of 90 days.
  • In version 4.13, released 6/8, the Revenue Report was updated so that refunds were treated as negative revenue on the date in which the refund was posted. That introduced a bug in which a portion of the original payment was not being linked to the clinician and instead was counted as unassigned. (This fix already went live on 6/23.)

Other Enhancements

  • History button has been added to the Termination Note Chief Complaint field, which shows values from previous Termination Notes and the Presenting Problem field from Intake Notes and Treatment Plans.
  • To-Do items have been reworded for clarity.
  • More intuitive user interface for assigning clinicians to patients.
