Real-Time Updates: As a part of our architectural upgrades, we have been rolling out the use of the WebSocket protocol to facilitate the transfer of data between our servers and your web browser. With our most recent WebSockets implementation, the counts for claims and insurance payments on Billing pages are now updated in real time. Future features will continue to build on this technology, allowing for more real-time updates.
Place-of-Service Code for Telehealth: Effective January 1, 2017, Medicare added a place-of-service code for telehealth. The option 02 - Telehealth is available in TherapyNotes for practices or clinicians who provide service via synchronous audio and video telecommunication systems.
As with all updates, this version also includes a number of bug fixes and minor improvements.
