$0 Rates for Service Codes
Service codes, including add-on codes, now support $0 standard rates. This allows administrators and billers to create service codes specifically for free consultations or other no-charge services.
Updated Password Reset Process
Securing your data is our top priority, and part of that initiative means that we take password resets very seriously. Your password is your key into your medical records, and the last thing we want is for it to get into the wrong person's hands. That being said, we want to make sure that when you do lose your password, we can get you back into TherapyNotes™ as quickly as possible. We have therefore overhauled the password reset process, allowing us to automate more of the steps involved while also strengthening security in many ways.
