Treatment plan sharing

We've expanded our new document sharing feature so that you can easily share treatment plans with your patients on TherapyPortal. Treatment plans can be added to document requests on the Portal tab or shared when viewing the treatment plan on TherapyNotes. Patients can use our new e-signature feature on TherapyPortal to sign the treatment plan from their personal mobile device or computer.

To share a treatment plan, follow these instructions to share documents from a patient's Portal tab, or open the treatment plan from the patient's Documents tab and click the Share on Portal button.

Other updates

• BAA Update: We've updated our Business Associate Agreement. All practice administrators for HIPAA-covered practices should visit their TherapyNotes Subscription settings page to download and sign the new version.
• Suggested Patient Balance: The patient's balance will be offered as a suggested payment amount when entering a patient payment.

What's next?

• Two-factor authentication: We're excited to offer two-factor authentication (2FA) as an option to further protect your account in our next release.
• Sharing patient files: Our next client portal update includes the ability to send existing patient files to clients through TherapyPortal. We expect this feature to be released within the next two months.
• Even more portal features, a new help system, and an updated website
