Thank you to our TherapyNotes™ Telehealth beta testers! We have already logged thousands of hours of sessions, and we are busy working on improvements based on your valued feedback. We encourage all of our customers to utilize TherapyNotes™ Telehealth in their practice. Give it a try while TherapyNotes™ Telehealth is still free for all customers!
This maintenance release includes a number of small improvements and bug fixes, with an emphasis on Telehealth and TherapyPortal improvements. Here are the highlights.
Telehealth
- Video quality has been improved under certain circumstances.
- Connection reliability has been improved.
- Minor usability fixes have been made.
- Much more to come!
Portal
- The Patient Contacts Form is now easier for patients to complete, particularly for patients who already have contacts on file.
- We simplified the buttons you see when merging a portal form submitted by a patient so that it’s more clear when you are merging versus just marking it as processed.
Billing
- The list of payers supported by the clearinghouse has been rebuilt and now shows more complete information regarding enrollment requirements.
- A bug was fixed in which dollar amounts were sometimes displayed incorrectly, as $2.010 instead of $2.10.
General
- Internet Explorer 11 is no longer supported. Although we don’t yet prevent users with Internet Explorer 11 to log into TherapyNotes™, you will get a warning on the login form, and we are aware of a number of features that will not work, including Telehealth. Internet Explorer users can upgrade to Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Firefox.
- The buttons and details for adding payers, staff, patients, appointments, and reminders have been updated to be more consistent and clear. We moved away from the terminology “create” since we don’t “create” patients or payers, we “add” them to our account.
