What's New 5.16: Maintenance Release

We are happy to announce the latest updates to TherapyNotes. In addition, this release includes some exciting features that will be enabled over the next few weeks.

Mobile Friendly Improvements

We have further improved the TherapyNotes interface for mobile devices, particularly on various calendar views or when sharing documents on the portal.

Billing

Users with the "Biller for Assigned Patients Only" role now have access to generate superbills for their own patients.

The Submit Electronic Claims page now has a new filter called "Information Required." This allows users to easily find claims with warnings or errors to review and make corrections as needed. In addition, the claim warning and error messages have been redesigned for better readability.

Emergency & Other Contacts Form

The Client Contacts Form has been renamed to Emergency & Other Contacts Form. This name change, along with other layout improvements, will make it more clear that it is not intended to collect the patient's own contact details.

ePrescribe Supplies

Prescribers can now prescribe supplies in addition to medications at no additional cost. Please contact support@therapynotes.com or (215) 658-4550 x5 to request the Prescribe Supplies feature be enabled for your practice.
