As with all maintenance releases, TherapyNotes 5.18 includes numerous system-wide improvements including bug fixes, performance enhancements, and accessibility adjustments. TherapyNotes 5.18 also includes a few exciting new features that will be announced and enabled over the next few weeks. Below are the note-worthy improvements with today’s release.
Mobile Friendly Improvements
In this release we have further improved TherapyNotes for use on mobile devices, specifically for notes and the calendar.
TherapyPortal Forms
Patients on mobile devices can now sign forms directly on the form page, without navigating to a separate screen. The signature panel will be visible on all screen sizes.
TherapyPortal Scheduling
The Request Appointment page has been updated to display the practice's time zone. Additionally, the Request Appointment form has added a Preferred Name field for prospective patients submitting a request.
Billing Search with Secondary Payers
A column for "Secondary Payer" has been added to the Billing Transaction Search so users can view secondary payer information in addition to primary payer information for patients that have both in billing settings. We are continuing to work on secondary insurance support.
