What's New 5.19: System Improvements and Scheduling Updates

As with all maintenance releases, TherapyNotes 5.19 includes numerous system-wide improvements including bug fixes, performance enhancements, and accessibility adjustments. We have improved the reliability of appointment reminders, and the quality of the Telehealth 2.0 experience which we are continuing to enable for more customers. TherapyNotes 5.19 also includes a few additional features that will be announced and enabled shortly. Below is a note-worthy improvement with today’s release.

Scheduling Updates

There have been many bug fixes and improvements to scheduling. Most importantly, the practice physical address has been removed from any email appointment reminders using these place of service codes:

• 02 - Telehealth
• 10 - Telehealth Provided in Patient's Home
• 59 - Telephone Only
• 12 - Home

Note: If the address provided for these service codes is a web address, the web address will remain.
