For our providers in particular who bill out to Arizona Medicaid as a group practice, this **Claim Note** field can be used to add in the rendering provider's NPI to the claim. If you have any questions on how AZ Medicaid's billing requirements work, please visit the [Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System's Participating Provider Information](https://www.azahcccs.gov/plansproviders/downloads/ffsprovidermanual/exhibit10-1.pdf). There may be situations in billing where a specific payer requires information on a claim that other payers do not. Overrides allow clinicians to replace the default practice information on claims for certain payers to help be compliant with their requirements. The field **Claim Note** on the clinician billing override page can be used to include specific information, as requested by your payer.
