Document & Image Uploads in TherapyPortal™
Collecting documents and images from patients is now easier than ever! TherapyPortal users can securely upload files on their own directly through their portal account to share important documentation with your practice; no request required. From the Documents page in the portal, patients can upload one or more files, then name and categorize them before sharing with the practice. This gives patients a simple, organized way to provide identification cards or other supporting materials your practice needs.

Uploaded files automatically appear in the patient’s Documents tab within their record, where clinicians and staff can view, download, or manage them as needed.

While this feature is not enabled by default, Practice Administrators can visit Client Portal settings to enable “Allow patients to upload files to the practice” and start securely receiving documents and images through TherapyPortal today!
Introducing Per-Clinician Premium Telehealth Subscriptions
TherapyNotes Telehealth now supports enabling Premium Telehealth for individual clinicians, giving practices greater control over how they manage access. The Telehealth Settings page has been updated so you can easily choose which clinicians are enrolled. This added flexibility allows practices to tailor access based on clinical needs and ensure each clinician has the right tools for their sessions.
As a reminder, we offer two Telehealth tiers delivering secure, online video appointments.

When enabling Telehealth for your practice, Practice Administrators can now choose from the following options on the Telehealth settings page:

This update makes it easy to choose who gets access to Basic or Premium Telehealth. Whether you’re outfitting your whole team or just certain clinicians, you can configure access in a way that best fits your practice’s needs.
