Addition of Features Requested by Our Users

At TherapyNotes, we take user feedback very seriously. Our latest round of improvements to the software focused on adding features requested by our users. These include:

Scheduling

• Added a printable version of the calendar
• Added the ability to setup 'all day' blackout dates
• The calendar will now display blackout dates on the calendar month view
• When viewing the calendar, updates made by other users will automatically update on your screen more quickly, even if you are idle
• Made improvements to calendar synchronization with iPhone calendars in certain timezones
• If you initially view the current day, week, month, or agenda on the calendar, keep the current date visible when switching calendar views

Patients List

• For clinical administrators who do not see patients themselves, display all patients on the patients page instead of displaying no patients
• For practices with only one clinician, list all patients on the patients page for every user, because filtering by clinician is not helpful
• Don't list inactive clinicians when displaying clinicians assigned to patients

Notes

• On Psych Eval notes, show auto-complete suggestions from past entries immediately instead of waiting for a partial entry
• Improvements to notes to allow certain symbol characters that had caused a problem to be used
• For uploaded patient records, display download icons that represent the file type

General Improvements

• Improvements to make the site easier to use when viewing on small netbook monitors, or when viewing in a browser window that is not maximized
