Improvements to Psychiatry Notes and File Uploads

  • Added "Allergies" and "Physical Evaluation / Vitals" fields to the Psychiatry Intake Note and the Psychiatry Progress Note
  • Added the ability to add to or remove from the list of existing prescribed medications carried over from the previous note, on Psychiatry Progress Notes
  • Improvements to the file upload dialog
