Various bug fixes and performance improvements were made this release, but the most significant change is the heavily requested feature allowing practices to upload patient documents.

Electronic Medical Records

TherapyNotes now has a robust electronic medical records system that allows you to upload files to your patient records. Common files you may want to upload include insurance cards, agreements, intake forms, and old clinical notes. You can scan and upload paper documents for a truly paperless office. Be sure to read the updated Help documentation for important information about this feature.
