Clinician Billing Access Options

We have added the option for practice admins to grant clinicians limited billing access for their own patients. This includes the ability to enter copays, charge credit cards, and print patient statements for patients assigned to them. This also includes the ability to run reports, such as revenue reports or note count reports, but only for data that applies to their own cases. If this option is not enabled clinicians will no longer have access to patient billing details which were previously accessible in the last version.

Track Rejections and other EDI Claim History Improvements

On the EDI Claim History page, available form the Billing page, there is now a new claim status to distinguish "New" and "Reviewed" rejections. We have started off all your rejections as if they have already been marked as reviewed, so as before please review all recent rejections. Moving forward, as you receive new EDI rejections, you can mark them as reviewed.

Further, The EDI Claim History report has been redesigned, so it’s easier to use. Clicking on a claim will load a claim page with all the information readily available, including claim activity.
