General Upgrades

• Ability to change note titles — click the header of a note to update it!
• Ability to search patients by phone number (Enter at least 7 digits)
• Clinicians won't see To Do or Notes tabs for unassigned patients
• Clinicians won't see unassigned patient names in the automatic search
• Various improvements (better iPad scrolling, spellcheck bug fixed, and more)

• New "Show Claims to Submit" action: an easier way to update the status of claims as you submit them
• Patient ID column added to insurance payment screen
