TherapyNotes Billing Features Enhancements

In addition to numerous minor tweaks and fixes, today's update is a round of enhancements to the billing features of TherapyNotes. Here are the highlights:

• Generate billing statements for all patients with an open balance in one step!
• More filtering options when searching transactions
• Added settings to enter an alternate practice address on billing documents
• Added patient fields for secondary insurer name and payer ID
• When entering an insurance payment for an appointment with no expected amount set, the applied amount will be assumed to be the full payment.
