DSM-5 Diagnosis Interface

TherapyNotes now fully supports the DSM-5. This feature can be enabled in the Diagnosis Codes settings page when you are ready. Please visit this knowledge base article for more information about our new DSM-5 interface.

You will continue to see the old DSM-IV 5-axis diagnosis interface until you make this change. With this update we also laid the groundwork for ICD-10 support.

Treatment Plan Medical Necessity Checkbox

When you sign your treatment plan there is a new checkbox indicating medical necessity, just above the signature field. Be sure to check this off if appropriate when signing your notes.

Other minor improvements include improvements to the History button, schedule conflict detection, uploader UI tweaks, and a few squashed bugs.
