Web Site Redesign, New Note Printing Options, and Diagnosis History Button

TherapyNotes.com Web Site Redesigned

TherapyNotes.com has been completely redesigned! This only affects the logged out pages, not the pages you see after logging in. One exception is the login form which now works much better on a smart phone. In addition we have a new video on our home page highlighting the benefits of TherapyNotes.

New Note Printing Settings

When printing notes you can now include patient ID numbers and insurance information, such as Medicaid or Medicare ID numbers. You can also optionally remove the patient's name if for example you only want to include ID numbers on notes. Also, the header details of a note can now be printed on just the first page if desired. These options are configurable by practice admins by visiting the new Notes Printing Options page.

Diagnosis History Button

When writing notes the History button feature is now available for the diagnosis section. This conveniently lets you see the diagnosis history of a patient. It supports both DSM-IV and DSM-5 diagnoses.
