Improvements to Notes PDFs, Terminated Patients, and More

We’re made more improvements based on your feedback:

• PDF versions of notes now have an increased text size. This should make them easier to read when printed or faxed.
• If you sign a termination note for a patient, the patient will immediately be removed from your "Active Patients" list.
• When you start an Intake Note for a patient, any demographic information already on file for the patient will be automatically copied into the note.
• We added a link to the current Terms of Service to the TherapyNotes Subscription settings page.
• Additional minor bug fixes and improvements
